EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective or differs from what was ordered (wrong size, color, or model).
Customers must contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

2. Procedure

We may request photos or videos for assessment.
Once confirmed, the customer can choose between:

  • Receiving a replacement item (free of charge); or

  • Receiving a full refund.

3. Personalized or Custom Items

Personalized, custom-made, or intimate items cannot be exchanged, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
