• Reason for the return;

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase:

• Credit card: refund within up to 2 billing cycles;

• Bank transfer or Pix (if applicable): refund within 10 business days after return approval.

4. Defective or Damaged Products
